Our speakers
Frederik Fleischmann (he/him)

Frederik knows and appreciates that structure and New Work don’t have to be a contradiction. At TheDive, he focuses on how self-organization can be implemented in companies in a way that truly works and adds value. Striking a good balance between reason and heart is always important to him. He has paid attention to this throughout his career as both an internal and external organizational developer and – in true Berlin fashion – as part of a startup founding team. His academic background is in business administration, with an unusual focus on happiness research.

Andreas Lerche (er/ihm)

Andreas Lerche studied economics in Mannheim, Vienna, and Münster and is a certified systemic coach. He is the author of the book "New Finance" and explores how economic control processes in organizations can be designed in a more systemic, contemporary, and functional way.

He has developed an alternative approach to traditional controlling, which promotes a holistic understanding of value creation in companies. At TheDive, Andreas supports organizations in transformation processes with his New Finance approach. Concepts such as "economic weather forecasting" and "value creation accounting" help organizations anticipate future developments and shift their focus toward the value creation process itself.
