In six learning units (a total of 4.5 training days), we will show you exactly how to integrate the four Stellar Principles, seven Stellar Practices, and three Stellar Virtues into your consulting practice—helping to anchor regenerative business practices within your organization, whether you work as an internal or external Loop consultant.

Since the entire training group consists of Loop Fellows, we deliberately build upon the complete Loop vocabulary and Loop tools. This allows you to immediately expand your daily consulting practice with Stellar tools.

Four of these days take place in person, framed by a digital introduction and a digital closing session (each 2.5 hours).

You will complete the training with a certificate as a "Stellar Fellow for Regenerative Business."

• No matter whether you have already worked through the Stellar book or not – you will deepen your understanding of the Stellar tools from both a participant's and a facilitator's perspective.

• Certification as a Loop Fellow: This training is exclusively for certified Loop Fellows, as it builds on the content and methods of the Loop Fellow program.
• Facilitation experience: Basic knowledge and practical experience in guiding groups and teams are required.
• Openness to iterative processes: The training does not teach rigid concepts but rather enables participants to design dynamic and needs-based Team Journeys.

• You can guide teams through regenerative transformation processes and effectively support sustainable change within organizations.
• You master the methods and tools of The Stellar Approach® and can apply them flexibly in various contexts.
• You can design tailor-made development processes for teams and organizations without being bound to rigid agendas.
• Instead of individual methods, you receive a comprehensive toolkit that you can use as needed.
• You become part of a community of Stellar Fellows, who exchange ideas, support each other, and grow together.

Of course, this can happen—due to illness or other reasons. Missing one digital session is acceptable. If needed, these sessions will be recorded and made available afterward.

However, missing the in-person training days should be avoided, as we won’t be able to issue your certification otherwise. We work extensively in small groups, and the experience is tied to the moment—it cannot be fully conveyed retrospectively. Your learning experience will be much more impactful if you actively participate in the practical application.

In exceptional cases, individual sessions can be rescheduled upon request, subject to a rebooking fee.
