The Loop Approach® is an established framework that guides you and your team to find the individually suitable collaboration model through systematic reflection of your own work methods.
In our Loop Fellow training, you will become a trainer yourself. You will learn how to accompany teams and organizations on their journey towards self-organization using The Loop Approach®. Step by step and from within.
We not only focus on imparting theoretical and practical knowledge but also on developing the inner mindset that characterizes The Loop Approach®. Therefore, we create an open and trusting space for your personal development.
The training program spans approximately 3-4 months and requires a time investment of 10.5 days. It is well-suited for part-time study and is recognized for educational leave.

Opportunity Ticket
Would you like to participate but can't afford it? We have reserved a free ticket for (multiply) marginalized groups (due to poverty, disability, sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+), gender identity (FLINTA), or as BiPoC).
Unfortunately, our facilities at Base1 Berlin are not yet accessible. If you are among those disabled by society, please reach out to us, and we will discuss options. Some of our events are held remotely.
For more information, please expand the question “What if I can't afford the training?”
Every year, we offer The Loop Approach Fellow®training in various formats:
Are you...
Then the training to become a The Loop Approach® Fellow is the next step for you.
You would like to participate but cannot afford it? We are aware of the challenges many face in accessing personal development and education, particularly individuals from non-academic backgrounds and those facing multiple forms of discrimination. We believe that if we are serious about creating a life-sustaining, regenerative economy, access to this knowledge should be available to everyone possible.
For this reason, this year we have reserved what we call "opportunity tickets" for four Academy offerings at a "pay what feels right afterwards" (gross) price.
If you need help determining your needs, we have created a guidance tool for you.
Attention: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trainings if the total number of participants is too low. Additionally, our terms and conditions (AGB) for training, education, and further education, as well as the certification and licensing terms of the Loop Academy, apply. You can review them here and here.
**Under structurally (multiply) marginalized groups, we include all individuals who identify as migrant, BiPoC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), or FLINTA (Frauen, Lesben, inter, non-binary, trans, asexuell), face societal barriers, are chronically ill, or undertake extensive caregiving responsibilities for relatives.
*Our facilities at Base1 Berlin are unfortunately not (yet) wheelchair accessible. If you belong to individuals facing societal barriers or undertaking caregiving responsibilities, please reach out to discuss potential accommodations. Some of our events are held remotely.
🤝 Socially Engaged Individuals
If you are largely involved in social activism (e.g., in NGOs or associations) and can only engage in paid work to a limited extent, but believe that our offerings could be of significant value to your/your organization's work, we encourage you to apply for the opportunity ticket as well.
🎲 Selection process
You can apply for the opportunity ticket at any time
Reach out to Sue in her Diversity, Equity & Inclusion role why you are applying for an opportunity ticket, which date would be suitable for you and to what extent participation could help you in your work and personal development.
We do not want to presume to weigh up neediness or experiences of discrimination. That is why we accept applications from the above-mentioned people up to 4 weeks before the start of the respective training programme and then decide by lot to ensure a fair and neutral selection process. If you don't win the ticket for the programme, don't be sad. You can give us your consent to participate in future formats if your application is cancelled.
The winner will be informed by our seminar administrator in good time before the start of the respective training programme and informed of the next steps.
🤝 Your contribution is important to us
In order to continuously improve our process and measure the impact of the opportunity ticket, we would be delighted to receive your feedback on today's process and the extent to which you consider it to be fair and non-discriminatory.
Also: As soon as you have completed the training, we would be delighted to receive an anonymous final report from you on the extent to which the training has helped you on your personal and professional journey. This is voluntary, of course, but it will help us to make our contribution to greater (social) justice visible and to be able to offer more such tickets in the future.
"With The Loop Approach®, TheDive has succeeded in developing a framework that truly addresses where transformation makes an impact: within teams. Through the Loop Fellow training program, I not only had the opportunity to delve deeper into the subject and understand the concept at a meta level, but also to try out concrete things and reflect within the group."
Are you interested in our training program and would like to get in touch with us? Romina is looking forward to your message!
We also offer monthly video calls where you can ask us all your questions. At the same time, we will of course be happy to tell you more about The Loop Approach® and our Loop Academy training program.
At TheDive, we constantly create new things.
