Combination of on-site and remote in Berlin
We offer the standard combination of in-person sessions in Berlin and remote training multiple times a year. One of these sessions occurs as a summer academy during the summer holidays.
Combination of in-person and remote options in Munich
We offer this combination once a year, with the start date varying.
On request: Remote only.
We have decided not to offer any further Remote-Only Fellow trainings as open formats for the time being. Demand for this format is low, and for us, the in-person components are crucial for group cohesion and mutual benefit among participants. This aspect has been highlighted by participants as a significant value of the training.
However, feel free to contact us if you can only participate in remote training or prefer it. We reserve the right to consider offering a Remote-Only session again in the future if there is sufficient demand.
Transformation im Krankenhaus – Der dritte New Work Medizin Kongress steht im Zeichen von Transformation im Gesundheitswesen. In einem interaktiven Online-Format werden innovative Konzepte und Pionierprojekte vorgestellt, die die Zusammenarbeit im Krankenhaus neu denken. Mit dabei: Unser Berater Felix Herter und das Projekt „Meine Station“.
Im Fokus stehen Fragen wie:
- Was braucht es für wirksame Zusammenarbeit?
- Wie kann Verantwortung im Team gelebt werden?
- Wer führt in Zukunft wen – und wie?
Unser Berater Felix Herter und Loop Fellow Prof. Dr. Hubertus Schmitz-Winnenthal stellen das Pilotprojekt „Meine Station“ vor – die erste selbstorganisierte allgemeinchirurgische Klinikstation Deutschlands, die im Klinikum Aschaffenburg-Alzenau mit dem The Loop Approach® arbeitet. Das Projekt stellt eine zentrale Frage in den Mittelpunkt: Was wäre, wenn im Krankenhaus wieder der Mensch im Mittelpunkt stünde?
