The Loop Approach® helps to establish a cohesive collaboration model tailored to the current state of your organization or team. Our experienced facilitators support you throughout the entire development process.

In times of rapid change and uncertainty, organizations face immense pressure to cultivate a healthy corporate culture and maintain agile forms of collaboration, ensuring their future viability.

However, in the quest for effective solutions, organizations often find themselves entangled in complex processes that consume resources—time, money, and energy—without yielding substantial developments.

With the Loop Approach, we have designed a transformation process structured around three modules, each spanning two days, providing a clear framework. This approach supports integrating individual needs and work realities, facilitating the discovery of the most suitable collaboration model—on the job, team by team, step by step.

In 3 modules for effective collaboration
Clarity

Clarity is the foundation of good work. Therefore, we begin the transformation with a module focused on this theme. Here, the team establishes a common ground to enable self-organized work. They align on shared goals and the overarching purpose, discuss the competencies within the team, and clarify what team members actually do throughout the day.

The first module is divided into three components: clear alignment, leveraging potentials effectively, and distributed responsibilities.

Alignment: What is the team's purpose and reason for existence?
People's Potentials: What knowledge and skills do team members bring?
Accountability: How are responsibilities distributed among team roles?

Results

In Module 2, the focus is initially on ensuring that the results from Module 1 are lived within the team. In a typical team transformation, several weeks have passed since the first module, during which the newly learned behaviors have been integrated and tested in daily routines.

Module 2 is divided into two main components, both addressing how a team can harness its potentials and intentions to achieve optimal results:

Personal Effectiveness: How can each team member be individually effective and self-organize?
Team Effectiveness: How can a team coordinate effectively, use meetings and tools well, to achieve collective effectiveness?"

Evolution

The third and final module of The Loop Approach® focuses on evolution, addressing how the team can independently solve any challenges that arise in a well-organized manner. It comprises two main components:

Structural Adaption: How do we change the structure of the organization? How do we establish new rules? How do we create and modify roles?

Feedback and Conflict Competence: How do we regularly provide feedback as a team to improve our work and strengthen relationships? How do we resolve all conflicts constructively, using them as fuel for development?"
